Kryton International, a highly respected and successful world innovator in concrete waterproofing and durability solutions, is seeking an additional member to their Sales Department. We are looking for a new TERRITORY MANAGER – BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC). We are seeking a high performing Territory Manager who can help us increase and grow our BC market.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Territory Manager to oversee our Vancouver region. As a developed and mature market, Vancouver offers a strong base of long-standing customers. The successful candidate will focus on maintaining and expanding these existing relationships while identifying opportunities for growth through excellent service, trust, and consultative selling. The Territory Manager brings Strategic expertise in developing a Sales Channel in an assigned territory in North America – British Columbia, Canada. The ideal candidate must have more than five (5) years of experience in an outside B2B technical sales position, selling via distribution. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships within the assigned territory.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Territory Manager – BC role requires a strategic mindset to develop long-term plans that enhance the Kryton brand among multiple stakeholders. The Territory Manager proactively identifies and addresses obstacles to sales growth, leveraging strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and seize new opportunities. By engaging with key decision-makers, partners, and customers, the Territory Manager ensures Kryton remains a trusted and influential player in the market. The Territory Manager – BC will also be managing a complex Sales Cycle unique to the Company as well as secure specifications for Kryton Products with our key audiences.
