Eden Gardens

Eden Gardens is a lavish apartment building located right in the heart of Beirut’s central district situated on the marina among designer boutiques, restaurants and trendy cafes. The 5-storey building features a common garden, superior design and modern façade. This luxury building needed solid construction and waterproofing to maintain its luxury status. Leaks would not be acceptable for this high-end building.

Solution

Kryton’s local distributor, T.A. GROUP S.A.R.L, used Kryton’s Concrete Waterproofing System to waterproof the basement and retaining walls of Eden Garden.

T.A. GROUP selected Kryton’s Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) admixture, Krystol Bari-Cote grout and Krystol Waterstop joint system to ensure a leak free basement. T.A. GROUP and the construction team benefited from Kryton’s high performance, cost, time and labor savings on the project. Kryton’s products will withstand the high hydrostatic pressure from the nearby marina and provide a leak free basement for the life of Eden Gardens.
